It looks to me like Bucky isn’t aiming at Tony. He isn’t even looking at him. He’s aiming at someone else to Tony’s right. Tony grabs the gun. He isn’t pushing it away. He’s pulling it toward himself to shield/protect whomever the original target is.

That’s exactly what I am thinking. Cause Tony looks so surprised, why would he be surprised if Bucky was aiming at him from the beginning? Tony drags the gun into his palm, cause he knows the glove can take it.
